To enroll in the Certified Network Defender (C|ND) course, students should have basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, internet usage, and fundamental networking concepts such as IP addresses, LAN, WAN, routers, and switches; however, no prior coding or cybersecurity experience is mandatory.
Certified Network Defender (C|ND) is a 6-month cybersecurity program powered by EC-Council designed to build practical skills in network security and blue team operations. The course covers 20 modules, including network defense strategies, Windows and Linux endpoint security, cloud security, wireless security, log monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, and business continuity. Students gain hands-on experience through labs and live projects to defend networks, detect threats, and respond to cyber incidents.
