Return Eligibility

We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to request a return for any offline or online course purchased from Pedestal Techno World Pvt. Ltd., please contact us via email at
info@pedestaltechnoworld.com within 7 days of the course start date or purchase date, whichever is earlier.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• You must notify us within 7 days of your intention to return.
• The course must not have been attended beyond 10% of its total content.
• All course materials and resources must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Refund Terms

• If your return is eligible, we will refund the full course fee excluding taxes, processing fees, or payment gateway charges.
• Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Duplicate transactions or accidental payments will be refunded only after proper verification and proof submission.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges for courses.

If you wish to change your course to a different batch or subject, a fresh purchase must be made and refund eligibility will be determined separately based on the original course.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your offline or online course enrollment, please notify us at the earliest.

• If the course has not yet started, a full or partial refund may be processed as per the conditions listed above.
• If the course has already begun beyond 10%, refund requests may be denied.
